Paul & Jonathan are joint managing directors. Paul takes on the software development responsibilities, Jonathan the marketing and business development responsibilities and Marc the administrative and financial responsibilities.

Paul has a B.A. Multimedia Visual Communication and has been actively working on Vibescout since 2014. Paul is the lead developer and with his unique technical and artistic training and skill set, has grown what was initially a pet project into a leading digital media service that is fast becoming the go-to-place, to find things to do, at venues near you. In July 2015 Paul provided the concept and work to date on Vibescout as the initial project for Grow Traction in return for a 20% GP revenue share on Vibescout for the first 2 years from when revenue is generated.

Jonathan has a B.Com. Jonathan is a born serial-entrepreneur and has successfully identified niche markets and strategies to start-up and run various businesses like TechSupply, HBP Hoverboards and others. It is this experience, with a strong marketing and SEO skill set that is helping to ensure that Vibescout becomes and remains top-of-mind for everyone in the entertainment industry.

Marc has a B.Eng, B.Com, PGD & MPhil and has been involved in the IT sector for 25 years, from large scale solutions for Eskom & Telkom, to Technical Services Executive for Incredible Connection and starting a software development company Aarix 16 years ago with clients like Alexander Forbes & National Department of Social Development (recently exited through a share swap into Iquaba Biotec). Marc is also widely experienced in the NGO sector as Operations Director of Hands at Work in Africa and a consultant to various NGOs including the National Religious Association for Social Development.
